Last Sunday night May 13th The Grunts supported Vincent and the Villians at Cyprus Ave in Cork to a packed house. Many thanks to all those who turned up and to Eoin at Cyprus for the GigRedFM's Green on Red, from 7-10pm Sunday evenings!

Leading established and emerging Irish artists have come together on a new CD
entitled REWIND... Artists in Support of the Environment, produced as a fundraising
venture by Zero Waste Ireland. The CD will be launched in the Bodega Bar, Cornmarket St ,
Cork on Friday 25th November at 8.00pm, and will be on sale in Virgin Megastores from
that date.
The launch party promises an exciting mix of music and culture, with an art
performance by Dunlaoighre Artist John Adams, who will paint two canvases live to be
auctioned later on the night. TV Chef Seamus O'Connell will provide gourmet food, and
live music will be by The Grunts, Diane Ward and The Lotion. Admission 10 euro. (Press

Zero Waste Alliance Ireland (ZWAI) is a registered environmental charity, which
promotes the Zero Waste approach to resource management in Ireland through
information and lobbying activities. ZWAI is part of a growing worldwide movement
involving 66 countries.
Zero Waste is a whole-system approach to addressing society's unsustainable
resource flows. It encompasses waste elimination at source through product design and
producer responsibility, aided by economic incentives, together with waste reduction
strategies such as cleaner production, product dismantling, recycling, re-use and
composting.
